How to Personalize your Map

1// Quote Personalization

We love personalizing your map! Choose from 7 Quote & Title styles (Anchor, ship, balloon, aircraft, etc…). If you choose option 6 or 7, we will provide you with 20 hand-picked travel quotes to help you find a the quote that speaks to you! You can also remove the title & quote if you want a simple map design. Just choose option #8: NO QUOTE in the “Quote Design” select box. Already have a travel quote in mind? Just, write it down in the ”Enter Your Custom Text” field, and we will incorporate it into your map.

2// Compass & Legend Personalization

The travel legend is incorporated inside the compass (see product images). You can choose from 4 compass types, depending on how many elements you want to include in the legend. The default legend text is: Travel Planned / Travel Taken; but you can change it to your preference. Here are a few Examples: ”been there /let’s go” “Past Adventures / Next Adventures” “Bryan Trips / Katy Trips / Together” , etc…. Simply add your customized legend text request in the “Enter Your Custom Legend” field.

If you choose the “No Quote” option with No personalization requested, you will get the default atlas world map with compass placed at the left-side of the canvas. The compass will NOT contain any legend or text (We will use Compass #4 displayed in the listing images). Review Your Map Before Printing

All custom map orders are proofed prior to printing. While there is no character limit for quotes or legends, font sizes will be adjusted to ensure fit; please use our sample layouts as a readability guide. A proof will be emailed to you—typically within 1–3 days of placing the order—and printing will only proceed after you approve it. Please monitor your email promptly to prevent delays.
